9/11@25: Ceremony mixes remembrance with respect for those who serve

Tuohy spoke on the morning of Sunday, Sept. 6, at a ceremony in Patriots Park marking the 25th anniversary of 9/11. Firefighters from Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow attended, along with elected officials and residents.
