Lights out. Cue the music, the slayings, and the gore. But not every night would be about horror. There might be an ’80s classic, a Disney movie, or an action flick. Of course, there would be popcorn. Oh, and a wine bar.
That was the vision for Sleepy Hollow Cinema, a nonprofit formed in 2025 that hoped to bring movies back to the Strand Theater on Beekman Avenue.
