“Bah humbug!”

That’s the curmudgeonly catchphrase you won’t hear at River’s Edge Theater Company’s upcoming production of “Ebenezer.” In fact, you won’t hear any dialogue at all. This retelling of“A Christmas Carol” unfolds through movement and dance, a wordless interpretation of Dickens’ classic unlike anything the company has attempted before.

Running December 4–7 at Bethany Arts Community in Ossining, the 45-minute production blends dance, physical theater, original music, and live-captured video.
