Mayor-elect sets agenda for start of term

Deputy Mayor Arlene Burgos is preparing to replace Jon Siegel as mayor next month after winning the Nov. 4 election. According to the Westchester County Board of Elections unofficial tally, of the 2,500 voters, 1,387, or 55%, voted for Burgos, who was the Democrats’ nominee. Bob Grados, a registered Democrat running on an independent line called Irvington First, earned 1,113, or 45% of votes.
