Deputy Mayor Arlene Burgos is preparing to replace Jon Siegel as mayor next month after winning the Nov. 4 election. According to the Westchester County Board of Elections unofficial tally, of the 2,500 voters, 1,387, or 55%, voted for Burgos, who was the Democrats’ nominee.
