Irvington EMS volunteer Whitney Wilkerson wants first responders to benefit from the company of therapy dogs along with sips of coffee between emergency calls. A member of the Irvington Volunteer Ambulance Corps (IVAC) since 2025, Wilkerson launched the Pups & Cups Project at IVAC in January, and has since brought it to the volunteer ambulance corps in Ardsley and Ossining.
