Renovated park reopens to the public

 It took a few tries for Mayor Nancy Kaboolian to gather the crowd at Pascone Park on Saturday, Oct. 18. Children were still climbing and swinging on the new playground equipment while adults drifted toward the bandstand for the ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the park’s renovation.

“Come join us, everybody! The playground will be here for years to come!” Kaboolian announced.

When the crowd settled in front of the bandshell, the mayor began. “Today is another exciting day in Ardsley,” she said. “We showcase years of work resulting in the total transformation of Pascone Park, where so many great events have happened and will continue to happen.”
