Eagle Projects approved for McDowell and Pascone
Ardsley public parks will soon be the beneficiary of two Eagle Projects planned by members of Troop 3 of Scouting America (formerly known as the Boys Scouts).
The Eagle Project is an opportunity for scouts to demonstrate leadership through service to their community. The Ardsley Board of Trustees has approved both initiatives.
Kesavan Nair, a rising sophomore at Ardsley High School and a Scout since second grade, will build a gaga pit at Pascone Park. Nair’s project is inspired by playing gaga, which is a form of dodgeball, with friends growing up.
