Ardsley residents and elected officials are making efforts to improve Verizon Wireless cellular coverage in the village, including with a petition launched on July 27.
Behind the petition, which as of Aug. 4 had 164 signatures, is Priyam Reddy, who moved to Ardsley in 2017 and has had cell coverage issues ever since. From the start, he expressed dissatisfaction to Verizon about the cell service in his home. The company offered an LTE extender, and conducted an analysis that found poor coverage on Ridge Road.
