Program to shift from library to the Shames JCC

Every Saturday morning during the summer, Irvington High School students have been teaching neighbors of a certain vintage to use social media and conquer other digital-age challenges through a program called “Tech Angels.” The free program, which has been operating out of the Irvington Public Library, will become year-round next month, when it transfers to Shames JCC on the Hudson in Tarrytown.
