Volunteer of the Month: Lokay embodies Rotary’s mission of ‘service above self’

Janet Lokay is always thinking of others. She has a long history of volunteering and civil service, having worked for five administrations over 40 years in the Westchester County Executive’s Office before fully retiring in 2021. “I was there to serve the people of Westchester,” Lokay said.
