Company to stage free performance at park

A free dance performance at Waterfront Park on July 19 will celebrate the music and life of influential jazz pianist, composer, and singer Fats Waller. The 44-minute program, titled “Fats Waller’s Rhythm,” will be presented by MorDance, a Yonkers-based troupe founded by Hastings resident and choreographer Morgan McEwen.
