Ribbon cut as new stage hosts summer concerts

New York State Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins and Irvington Mayor Arlene Burgos cut a ribbon for the new stage at Matthiessen Park on Saturday, July 11.

The $1.6 million structure was paid for in part by a $500,000 Parks, Preservation and Heritage Grant from New York State’s Environmental Protection Fund.
