Grads get messages of love and connection
The sun and the wind, as well as family and friends, turned out for the Irvington High School graduation at
Elizabeth Dreaper, who has been Dobbs Ferry’s village clerk for 22 years, has been named Clerk of the Year by the New York State Association of City and Village Clerks. Dreaper received the honor on Sept. 18, at the New York Conference of Mayors Fall Training School.
“I was floored because people say, ‘Oh you’re awesome,’ but to actually get an award kind of shocked me,” Dreaper, 64, told the Dispatch.
