Three of Dobbs Ferry’s own are being inducted into the Westchester County Senior Citizens Hall of Fame for their commitment to volunteer work helping fellow seniors as well as the community at large. Dobbs residents Barbara Ginsberg, Donald Marra, and Mary Toomy are among the 61 seniors from 33 municipalities throughout the county to be officially inducted during an awards ceremony in Tarrytown on Friday, Dec. 5.
