Former inmate shares his art, and story, at gallery show

Lifelong Dobbs Ferry resident Frank Farrington, whose family has been a fixture in the village for more than a century, was honored by his hometown before serving as grand marshal of the 30th Annual Sleepy Hollow St. Patrick’s Day Parade on Sunday, March 15. During a village board meeting on March 10, Mayor Christy Knell presented Farrington, 73, with a proclamation recognizing his decades of service to Dobbs Ferry.
