Eco scavenger hunt crowns winners
A pair of seventh-graders from Dobbs Ferry topped all participants — local mayors included — in the inaugural Rivertowns Earth Month Scavenger
Serenaded by the shriek of a hawk and the tap of a woodpecker, four adults and four high school interns equipped with rulers and measuring tapes spent 3 hours assessing five plots within the Irvington Woods Park on Tuesday, Aug. 12.
