All across Ardsley, a network of gardens exists to entice bees, butterflies, and other pollinators by planting biodiverse and native plants. Behind this network is the Ardsley Pollinator Pathway, which seeks to grow participation through its upcoming workshop series “Creating Your Pollinator Garden.”

The Ardsley Pollinator Pathway is a committee dedicated to addressing the biodiversity crisis by promoting sound landscaping practices and increasing the variety of native plants in residents’ yards.

The committee’s “Creating Your Pollinator Garden” workshop series, which will teach participants how to plan, implement, and maintain a pollinator garden, is done in partnership with the Greenburgh Public Library and the Tarrytown Pollinator Pathway. The three free workshops will take place in the Greenburgh Library’s Multipurpose Room on Jan. 18, Feb. 15, and March 15, from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. Seats are limited to 25 per workshop.
