The Hastings Board of Education shared updated specifications on Feb. 10 for the two synthetic turf fields planned for the Burke Estate, across the street from the middle/high school Farragut Complex.
Last June, voters approved a $38,475,489 capital bond, which was broken up into three propositions — the first and second covering additions and upgrades to the district’s buildings, and the third centering on the installation of a synthetic multipurpose field and softball field at the Burke Estate.
