‘No Kings’ protests converge in Hastings

“No Kings” rallies in Hastings and Yonkers brought generations of activists together in opposition to President Donald Trump on Saturday, March 28.

The rallies were organized by NYCD16/15 Indivisible, Safeguarding Democracy, Yonkers NAACP, and Concerned Families of Westchester (CFOW), which has hosted weekly vigils in Hastings for 25 years.

About 3,200 “No Kings” events were held across the country on March 28 — the third “No Kings Day” since Trump’s re-election; the previous two took place on June 14 and Oct. 18, 2025.
